Why join School of Legends? Please Read.

I'd like to go over some of the reasons why it'd be profitable for everyone to join and stick with School of Legends.

Although this topic is obviously aimed more at any guests we have, members should take the time to really get familiar with everything SoL has to offer.

Hands on Learning:
One of the biggest things SoL is bringing is hands on learning. Unlike similar LoL learning programs, you'll be able to directly ask questions and have an instructor personally let you know what you need to improve on. This makes it so you can work on what you specifically need to get better at, as opposed to just watching a pro and trying to mimic their actions. In other words, no gimmicky "pros will teach you 1 champion for a price in an unpersonalized online class of 100 students", just a platinum/diamond/challenger player teaching you how to get where they are in a personalized environment.
Personalized instruction:
Thanks to the Classrooms forum, you'll be able to do a bit of research on who you want as your instructor. You'll be able to look at their experience, what they'll be teaching, and even their teaching methods. This sort of ties in with the Hands on aspect, in the sense that once you're actually part of a class and the instructor will be able to tweak his methods of teaching to help you understand. So you'll be getting the most out of the course.
Instructors that Care:
You'll find that our range of Instructors all come from different backgrounds and each have a unique charm to them. Some might incorporate a bit more humor in their lessons, some may be a bit more mathematical when it comes to "Why you should do certain things.", and some might even be the more "nit-picky" to where they make sure you always know exactly what you're doing wrong at all times. With the Classrooms forum, you'l be able to get a good idea of what kind of person your instructor is prior to actually meeting them. Regardless of how the may act or teach, every Instructor wants you to succeed, because if you fail they fail.
Friendly Community:
You'll find out pretty fast that we have a no tolerance policy when it comes to disrespect to our valued members. With a report system in place, and a roster of friendly and active moderators you'll find that at no point on SoL will you ever have to deal with someone else making you uncomfortable. SoL is not only a place for you to learn and get better at League of Legends, but it's also a place where you can break away from all the trolls that unfortunately inhabit league. You can finally enjoy playing league with friendly users at all times.
Chance to go Pro:
We understand that you probably view this as a pipe dream, but we are providing a place to where you can seriously work on honing your skills and work your way up the LoL ladder, so it's in no way impossible. By working together as a team, we can help you master the aspects of your play style where you're lacking. It may just be the fix you need to be the next big deal. You'll easily find like minded players here so you'll be free to start up your own SoL endorsed team.
Local/Online Tournament Scouting:
Been trying to find tournaments that are near you or online? We have staff that are assigned to scout out tournaments, whether they be for fun or prizes. So you'll be constantly sent notifications so you can really take your skills to the tournament scene. This is a great opportunity for you to really get your name out there, or maybe earn some free rp.
SoL Tournaments:
Here on SoL we'll be constantly hosting tournaments, in which anyone can easily join. Staff created tournaments will always have prizes, we have plans to give out RP, Champions, and even Rare Skins. We will be using these tournaments to gauge our own members and compare how we're playing against SoL's best of the best. As a member, you'll eventually have the opportunity to host your own tournaments, but we'll discuss that more at a later date.
Various fun Community Contests:
Want a chance to win prizes but aren't the greatest at LoL yet? We will be hosting other various contests in the form of Art Contests, Cosplay Contests, Writing/Poetry Contests, Video Contests, Forum Games, and many other opportunities.
RP giveaways:
Not confident in your skills when it comes to any of the contests listed above? Well just be an active member on the forum, and you'll be able to participate in SoL RP giveaways. That's right, free RP for just being a member.
Free Stream Traffic:
Are you an aspiring streamer? We'll be looking for people who are looking to host streams to help us with giveaways and various other events. You'll be getting the traffic your stream deserves, while helping SoL at the same time. So it's really a Win-Win.
Chance at job opportunities such as Shout casting, Moderating, and Instructing:
Here at SoL, we promise that at we will always provide promotion opportunities from within. Aspiring shout caster? We're going to need people to shout cast our SoL tournaments. Want to be the mod who is famous for swinging his legendary ban hammer? We're always looking for people to join the Mod Staff, Think you can teach? With our Trainee Instructor program, you'll get to put your teaching skills to the test and go for a paid instructor position here at SoL.
Group Events:
Plan on attending events such as PAX, LCS, or even the League Championship? Or maybe some various local small events or SoL meetups? So does SoL, so we'll be able to schedule an organize a day where we can all get together and hangout. So if you've always wanted a group to attend these with, you just found it.
Member/Student Reviews:
Not sold on how legitimate we are? Hang around and wait for some of our members to write us up some reviews. We will be having reviews available 24/7 so we can constantly work on improving. We ask that those of you who review us, not only express the positives but the negatives as well. Because as a team, we're only as strong as our biggest weakness.
